In 1998 a small group of people with many years experience in the oil industry decide to join together and establish the "JULIA BITUMI ED AFFINI S.r.l." - a limited company.

Knowledge, business management and human qualities enable this new company to develop a strong and florid business network with both Italian and foreign companies.

In the same year, Capricorno SpA, a well known Italian company that also operates in the oil industry, decides to join together with Julia Bitumi , contributing to the commercial growth and success of the company.

In 1999, Julia Bitumi becomes an official agent of Enertica, a division of BP Italy S.p.A. with the aim of substantially contributing to the sales of gas oils.

Since it's establishment, Julia Bitumi is also an official agent of "Antonino Ancione S.p.A." for waterproofing products in Italy's north eastern region.
